Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 burger buns
  2. 4 boiled potatoes
  3. 4 slice wheat bread
  4. To taste salt
  5. Cooking Oil for shallow fry
  6. Green chutney
  7. Sauce
  8. slices Paneer

Steps

  1. Make crumbs of bread slices in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add boiled potatoes and salt in bread crumbs and mash and mix thoroughly.

  3. Knead it like a dough.

  4. Now take a portion of dough and make a ball and press gently with your palms giving it shape of tikkis. Like wise make all the tikkis.

  5. Heat oil in a griddle and place the tikkis and shallow fry till golden. Flip the side and fry from other side also.

  6. Now slit the buns from centre.

  7. Shallow fry both sides of buns on griddle.

  8. Now place a tikki on one side of bun and place a paneer piece over it and cover with other half of bun.

  9. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
