I have no idea how my father used to make this as a kid. But this is how I make it now! 😏😁😉 My kiddos and I devoured this! Didnt even have any leftover to freeze for a later date! Yum! 👏👌👍👍

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 lb ground meat
  2. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  3. 1 can chicken broth
  4. Half a box of instant mashed potatoes or make your own
  5. 1 small yellow onion
  6. 2 small green onion
  7. 1 teaspoon parsley
  8. 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  9. Butter
  10. Sour cream
  11. Salt
  12. Pepper

Steps

  1. Brown your ground meat with the green and yellow onion. Drain grease. Return to pan and add in soup and broth. Simmer over medium heat for 20 mins.

  2. Next add butter, mushrooms, parsley, salt, & pepper. Mix well, then fold in 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream.

  3. Continue to simmer while preparing the mashed potatoes. When ready, add potatoes to bowl and top with meat sauce! Serve & Enjoy!
