Ingredients
4 burger

4 Boiled potatoes

1/4 bowl Cabbage chopped

1/4 bowl Carrot chopped

1/4 bowl Green capsicum chopped

1/4 bowl Onion chopped

1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

to taste Salt

1 tsp Pav bhaji masala
-
1/2 tsp Garam masala
-
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
-
1/2 tsp Amchur powder
-
1/2 tsp Chat masala
-
1 tbsp Bread crumbs
-
as needed Tomato sauce
-
As needed Mayonese
-
slices Chesse
-
1 Onion slices

1 Tomato slices
-
1 Cucumber slices

4 Burger buns

Steps
-
First we will make aloo tikki for burger. For that mash the boiled potatoes
-
Take a pan put some oil and add all the ingredients from chopped cabbage to chat masala one by one saute them for 5 minutes. Let them cool.

Make a dough of all the ingredients and mashed potatoes and bread crumbs and make tikkis (pattis) from it.

Now take the burger buns and cut it from middle into two parts and on one part spread myonese with some oregano and on other part spread tomato sauce.

On lower part place tikki cheese slice,tomato slice,onion slice,cucumber slice and cover it with other part.
