Tip* keep the pits in your guacamole to keep it from turning brown*

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb ground beef (or 1/2 lb ground beef 1/2 lb ground venison)
  2. 1 packet French onion soup mix
  3. 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  4. 4 slices lettuce and tomato
  5. 4 buns
  6. For the guacamole:
  7. 2 avocado
  8. 1/4 large purple onion diced fine
  9. 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
  10. 1 clove garlic, minced
  11. 1/2 tomato diced in small cubes
  12. 1/2 jalepeno (membrane and seed removed) diced very fine
  13. Juice from 1/2 a lime

Steps

  1. Mix onion soup mix with burgers and grill to your liking. Top with cheese the last 5 min of grilling.

  2. Mix guacamole ingredients and slather on top your burger and top with tomato and lettuce.
